Sometimes possible!: Not all vaginal openings are obliterated. With female pseudohermaphroditism, ambiguous genitalia are present, even though ovaries and a 46,XX karyotype are present. The external sex organs differ in how strongly they are virilized; an enlarged clitoris with hypospadia is present; the scrotum is empty; and sometimes an obliterated vagina exists. Internal genitalia-ovaries, tubes and vagina are norml

Technology: If she has ovaries and a willing partner, the simplest route would involve a surrogate. A fertility center could stimulate and harvest eggs, the male donor would have his sperm added at the fertility center.Embryos that develop could be inserted in a surrogate who carries baby to term. Expensive but practical when this is what you have to work with.
