Tooth pain : You just had a tooth extraction. Take some Tylenol (acetaminophen) extra strength and see how you do in 5 days. It should be getting better, if still painful have your dentist evaluate you again.

Not unusual: Especially if it was a wisdom tooth. Rest, follow post op instructions, and give it a chance to heal.

Not uncommon: The jaw muscle spasms are not uncommon after dental extraction and they are the ones producing the neck pain and headache. Gentle muscle stretches, moist heat and NSAID OTC may also help reduce pain and muscle spasms.

Not uncommon: You just had surgery. A period of recovery and healing may be accompanied with some discomfort. I'm sure your Dentist or Oral Surgeon gave you post-operative instructions, probably written. Follow them.
