See Doctor: There are a million reasons why you might be sleeping all the time. Obstructive sleep apnea, depression, lack of exercise, poor sleep hygiene, medications, etc. The only way to narrow this long list down is to make an appointment with your primary doctor and review your history in detail. Sometimes a sleep study can be helpful. Good luck.
