Many possibilities: You need to see a doctor, provide a full history and undergo a physical exam and perhaps some labs and imaging studies to answer this intelligently. Would urge you to do this asap. The dizziness may be related to dehydration from the diarrhea, or be related in some fashion to whatever is causing your luq burning. This definitely needs a full evaluation. Good luck.
