Endometriosis: The pain you describe, with radiation to the thighs is very typical of endometriosis. The pain from endometriosis commonly begins in the pelvis and increases with the menstrual period and it is not uncommon for the symptoms to be worse after a delivery. If you had cesarean deliveries you are even more likely to develope endometriosis.
