Warts: Any genital growth is not good. Although there are many possibilities (pain vs no pain; discharge vs no discharge; new partner vs no partner), chances are that if you have a quickly-appearing, nontender, new growth on the penis; it's probably a wart. Have your FP check it out, and freeze it with liquid nitrogen. This is one STD that we have a cure for!

Male genital growth: The most likely cause of a growth on the penis in your age group is a genital wart. It can be passed to a female and may cause cervical cancer. There are other causes – please seek treatment. Title 10 clinics provide STD diagnosis and therapy free for those who can't afford to pay.
