I had a steroid injection for rotator cuff tendinitis a few months ago. and it helped. i have been on crutches for 3 wks and now my shoulder is agony?

Shoulder : This is very much of concern. A shoulder steroid injection should be painful and subside in about three days. If your having further pain this should be checked out. May sure there is no tendon injury, hematoma development , or underlying infection in the joint.
