Need ophthalmologist: You should get a good OPHTHALMOLOGICAL checkup. What you're describing can happen in several situations but the ones you really want to get on top of quickly are retinal detachment and cataracts (especially at your age). The fact that it's bilateral is slightly concerning but shouldn't cause alarm until you've been thoroughly examined and tested.
