Ultrasound: Implantation bleeding first of all is not a very common event. Ultrasounds by their very nature have a built in error factor depending on when they were preformed of plus or minus days to weeks. They are more accurate early in pregnancy but still are not accurate to the day. So if you are trying to determine paternity, you generally can only do that with blood testing after birth.
