More than 1 question: In women with regular periods, ovulation usually occurs 10 to 14 days after the first day of the LMP which is consistent with your ultrasound results. Not only is it likely that you conceived prior to implantation, it's virtually certain. Implantation can occur only AFTER conception, usually when the fertilized ovum is about 7-10 days along. I hope this info helps.
