The simplest answer to your problem is to simply take another zyrtec (cetirizine) at night, if your morning dose doesn't last all day .

ALLERGIC RHINITIS : YES THERE ARE OTHER OPTIONS::Allergic rhinitis causes Swelling of nasal mucosa/itchy eyes /post nasal drip. You can do nasal irrigation with Neil Med system.
