Skin tags?: I think you mean "skin tags"? Extremely common growths around the neck, armpits, under breasts, in the groin. They can become tender from rubbing or trauma. They can easily be removed at your doctor's office. Many "home treatments" are often done, but possibly could result in bleeding or infections.
