I have a jelly bean size lump near or on my left ovary it doesnt hurt at all, just a little when i push on it like any normal pain. what is it?

Ovarian cyst?: Small Hernia? are possibilities. An ultrasound or ct scan of the pelvis would help to diagnose the cause. See your gyn.

It's very unlikely you could feel anything near your ovary so this is probably more on the outside like a lymph node or as mentioned, a hernia. Any doctor could see you and decide what test you might need. Don't mess with it, though!
