Absolutely: I've seen many patients who present with maxillary posterior toothaches. Upon examination, there's nothing wrong with their teeth. The pain is usually attributed to sinusitis.

Pain max-common: If the diagnosis is sinusitis, pain of the upper teeth is common. Speak to your ENT to make sure that all symptoms are being addressed and that the antibiotic given does not need to be modified.
