Maybe NGU/NSU: How to interpret "feels like"? Visible discharge or underwear stains? Did you see doctor or clinic for the chlamydia test? What did they say? Also tested gonorrhea? If discharge, probably nongonococcal urethritis (NGU), often called nonspecific urethritis (NSU) in UK. Chlamydia causes only about one third of NGU, but it's still an STD.
