Make bedtime less : stressful, and do things that can relax your child further, at least an hour before bedtime. So that she will feel sleepy naturally. Do not do anything that may increase mental or visual stimulation like watching TV, computer work, or too much exercise. A warm bath may help her relax before going to bed, and calm her down.

Bedtime routines, maintaining the same bedtime, bath and a story before bedtime is recommended. Lavender scented baby lotion may also be helpful.
