May be infected: be sure to clean area with hydrogen peroxide and apply antibiotic cream on it, and keep an eye on it tomorrow. If it gets worse, you'll have to go into see your PCP. Hope you feel better!

Be assessed: It sounds like an abscess that requires draining and possibly antibiotics. Go to an ER where they can do the drainage procedure you need. All the best and I hope you feel more comfortable soon.
