Two weeks ago i fell on sidewalk hard, scraping up both knees. Yesterday, i kneeled down on left knee, creating large top bump & swelling by nite?

I am experiencing bone pain and knee pain when I run, do squats, when I'm in a cold area of a foods store and when it gets cold in weather. The pain feels like two rocks are scraping against each other or there's a needle being shoved underneath.
