Need more info: to answer your question completely, I would need more information. Things like, how often does it occur, what are you doing before it happens, how long does it last, what makes it better/worse, any other symptoms? See your PCP: Any headache and stomach pain must be viewed as a valid medical disorder and the headache assessment must be comprehensive. Rule out medication overuse headache. See your PCP for headache evaluation, tests, imaging and treatment options.

Head & stomach pain: There are multiple causes for both headache and stomach pain. If this has been going on for a while then you should see your primary care physician to be evaluated to rule out a serious or treatable condition.
