MULTIPLE ISSUES: He needs an exam and lab work. GERD can cause acidic breath especially need screen for H pylori blood and stool. Eye tearing may be allergic or infectious conjunctivitis, if there is eye discharge more likely infectious. Excessive sweating mandates a thyroid evaluation
