UTI? Pregnancy?: Cramping and frequent urination can be a sign of a urinary tract infection that needs to be treated with antibiotics. Missing your period can mean that you are pregnant. You should probably see your doc to have your urine tested for a bladder infection. He/she can check and see if you are pregnant at the same visit. Best wishes!

Get a Urine test: These could be signs of a urinary tract infection and if your period is late you should get a pregnancy test. A urine test will rule out an infection and check for excess sugar which is a sign of diabetes, another cause of frequent urination
