You get what you get: The cited average to a desired pregnancy is 6 mo with a range of weeks to a year. Some conceptions actually occur but never have time to attach before they are shed. Some attach but never form a viable pregnancy. You can time exposure around expected ovulation to increase odds but nature will decide when it goes right.
