Response to laxative: Watery stool is from 2 laxative tablet. Some times f you had severe constipation and hard stool can irritate the Anal/Rectal mucosa and cause minor bleeding and the bloody stool. If this persist contact your doctor. Do you have hemorrhoids? That can also cause some bleeding too.
