How to cure nose bleeding caused by bad mood?

Nose bleed: You are too young to have high BP. People with high BP may have recurrent nose bleeds. Have you consulted an ENT specialist. At times you may need cauterization.

Not related: In my opinion these symptoms are not related or coincidental. Most common causes are dry air, nose picking and blowing the nose too hard. Most nosebleeds aren't serious and will stop on their own. See your PCP for bad mood consultation.

Decrease stress: stress can raise your blood pressure causing nose bleeds. Decrease your stress. If that doesn't work, then see an ENT to cure it for good.
