Pain is upper and lower abdomen. tender to touch. feels like barbed wire inside. heat pack calms some pain. what could it be? i am 26 and female

Need exam: Abd pain as you have described needs to have an evaluation done, I would suggest calling your DR. But you need to be seen in the next day for this. If the pain worsens then go to the ER.
