Not quite clear: I'm not entirely sure of the question. There can be a variety of reasons of feeling you have to go and not. There can be a tumor/growth/inflammation near the rectum that can trigger that. There can be spasms that can do that too. cannot say in your particular case, but generally, needs a look to see what is going on.

Add probiotic/water: There are a number of things that could be going on, but it sounds like you are constipated and need to add some probiotics and water to your diet. It also may be the case that you are having some food intolerances causing the gas. Try getting rid of all dairy products. If that does not help try getting rid of gluten. Keep stools soft by adding lot of foods with fiber.
