Depends on weight: Tylenol (acetaminophen) is dosed by weight so read the insert that is available in the bottle to determine the appropriate dose usually between 10-15 mg/ kg. Call your primary care physician and he will be able to determine the dose and if your child needs to be seen in the office/ emergency room.
