Is it okay for me to take acetaminophen 1 tablet per month? i have dysmenorrhea and take 1 tablet in the first day of my period make me feel better

No problem: One acetaminophen tablet per month is a very low dose of a generally safe medicine. Unless you have some other health problem (like acetaminophen allergy or severe liver disease) you are totally fine with your current dosing.

Yes: It is safe to do that. You can repeat the tablet every 4 hours as needed for a few days for the dysmenorrhea
