Traveler's diarrhea: There are many terms for traveler's diarrhea such as Montezuma's revenge. You need to stay hydrated as dehydration is #1 reason for admission to hospital. Go see your GP for evaluation & labs, possible stool studies. S/he may offer you antibiotics as well as anti-nausea medication.
