Sounds like virus: If you can hold down sips of half strength gateraid & progress to larger amounts & continue peeing at least every 6hrs, you may be able to handle this at home. Apple sauce & bananas can help you slow the loose stools & energy foods like steamed rice, noodles, macaroni or spaghetti without sauce can start you back to digesting better. If you are dizzy or can't keep up with fluids, go in for an evalua.
