Not so great: The health benefits of drinking the tea products usually for sale in grocery stores or even health food stores are vastly overstated. At least here in the US, even a strong tea is a very weak brew. You'd have to drink many gallons a day to ingest enough to achieve any real effect. Do NOT mislead yourself that drinking any tea per se will significantly improve your health.
