Cannot say in your p: particular case and complications, serious complications can cause this. If the flow of fluid around the brain is clogged from blood, increased pressure in the head can do this. Sometimes the pressure is not elevated when measured BUT increased space around the brain implies the fluid is increasing (normal pressure hydrocephalus). causes dementia if not shunted away from brain

Different types: Subdue all hemorrhage usually results from trauma. After head and brain trauma several different types of headaches may occur, including trauma triggered migraine, occipital neuralgia related pain incision site pain, etc. ask your surgeon to refere you to a headache specialist.
