Please repost/rephra: I'm sorry but I don't understand your question/phrase. Urinary incontinence makes sense - that's leaky bladder. But I've never heard of "iron urinary incontinence". Perhaps you're referring to urge incontinence, which is one of several types of incontinence. It's uncommon in young 18yo men. For that matter, incontinence of any sort is uncommon in young men. Best to see your Family Doc or Urologist

Unsure: Not sure of the use of "iron" in your question. There are many causes of incontinence. I recommend evaluation with a urologist
