Normal: The walks are great for increasing your metabolism and at times may increase your appetite . Drinking plenty of water may diminish the hunger a bit, and eating high protein snacks may also help keep it under control. Keep up the good work!

Sounds normal.: By walking you're expending calories. You're exhausting the carbohydrate stores in your muscles and liver, which would need to be replenished afterwards. The hunger is telling you that these stores are empty and need refilling. It's normal, and suggests that you're burning calories through your exercise, which is great.
