I got tension on temple, jaw, tooth, cheekbone (all unilateral). mri reveals nothing other than chronic blockage on sinus (could that be culprit?)

Maybe if same side: It's worth a month of nasal steroids, nasal antihistamines, leukotriene inhibitors & antihistamine plus nasal rinses to see if clearing blocked sinus will relieve your pain, assuming that clogged sinus is on same side as pain. Of course it also depends upon which sinus is affected. Maxillary sinus infection could cause tooth & cheekbone pain. But wouldn't explain jaw & temple, unless TMJ syndrome
