Menopause: At some point (usually early 50s), your menstrual periods become less regular & more sporadic so this could be your time. Check out http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/menopause/basics/definition/con-20019726 for info on menopause which refers to 12mo after last menstrual period.
