On the right track: You're on the right track with use of daily preventive therapy. There is a wide spectrum of severity in asthma & your doctor can measure your lung function (pft) to objectively track your response to therapy. If pfts remain stable & symptom frequency is reduced, your medication could be adjusted accordingly. Talk to an asthma specialist & keep up the good work of remaining compliant with your med!
