Extremely emetophobic. taking cipramil, what are the most common side effects and how long do they last on 20mg?

Side effects: The most common side effects we see are nausea, dry mouth, fatigue OR sometimes trouble sleeping, sweating, tremor, diarrhea, nervousness, and sometimes a decrease in libido.
