Well balanced diet: For most people, your potential height is genetically predetermined and cannot be positively affected by diet. However, malnutrition can certainly affect growth negatively. Most experts (mds, nutritionists, etc) recommend a well balanced diet, with adequate protein, carbs, fats, vitamins and minerals. Fad diets and expensive supplements are not necessary and may be harmful.
