Yes but no guarantee: Can you stop/postpone your period if you're on birth control pill? Yes, by skipping placebo/sugar pills and starting next month's (active) pills immediately. So you'll end up taking 6wks straight of active pills w/o menses around 4th wk. Some birth control pills are designed/marketed for quarterly (Seasonale, Seasonique, etc) & annual periods (Amethyst http://goo.gl/HYMj8z). Just don't skip active
