Unsure: would recommend home pregnancy test on first morning urine. If negative, repeat in 7 to 10 days. If both negative, unlikely this is pregnancy or miscarriage. Need to see your doctor for examination. May be hormonal but other causes on the list as well., Too numerous to list here. Sorry this was not more helpful. Best of luck. Dr. R
