Have checkup: It is possible that hormone imbalances such as polycystic ovaries, or hypothyroidism, could contribute to your weight gain. I would mention your problems to your primary care doctor, and/or an endocrinologist to see if hormones are playing a role. Blood tests as well as other tests may be requested. Diet and exercise usually do help with weight control as well, so this may also pay off!
