Sounds like herpes: Ksenia, you really need to see your GP or clinic as soon as possible, to get on some treatment for this. Also, please don't have sex until you do and then always use a condom. It's highly contagious. While waiting to see a clinician you can apply cool compresses and take some paracetamol or you may need paracodol as this can be quite painful. Good luck!

HSV 1&2: Most likely HSV1 or 2 Genitally , it can be transmitted via oral sex. HSV LESIONS TEND TO BE PAINFUL. See your doctor with next flare and get labs checked. Acute flares of HSV RESPOND TO FAMVIR&VALTREX. Most importantly to realize virus may be spread even without visible lesions. You need to have a frank discussion with past & present sex partners. Especially if they test-for HSV1&2.
