Increased creatinine: It sounds like you have diabetic kidney disease and it is severe (stage V). With the numbers you have dialysis may be near. You are anemic which goes along with your chronic kidney disease. Drinking large amount of fluids could overload your heart and cause congestive heart failure. You need to see a kidney doctor ASAP if you are not already and be worked up.
