Abdominal pain: pain that is excruciating for no apparent reason needs medical attention. please go to your doctor or an ER. they may need to obtain a CT abdomen with IV and Oral contrast to further evaluate your abdomen. It seems your abdominal pain may be muscular in nature since its related to moving. Possible causes could be bowl strangulation, a incarcerated hernia, or volvulus (twisting of the bowls).
