Abn period: Check HCG. may also have infections causing pain , like yeast - should be itching ( or mycoplasma, ureoplasma ,strep, e coli) and need antibiotics like Zithromax and or amoxicillin if not allergic. Would check thyroid , prolactin and consider ultrasound to check ovaries and uterus. F/U with doc make sure not retained tampon.
