how i treat swelling of vocal cords caused continues hoarseness in 5 year old boy 25 days ago due to screaming and he refusing to rest his voice ?

Hoarsness: Drinking warm fluids, throat lozenges might sooth & comfort but he need to see his doctor or ENT to make sure his vocal cords are ok, they might prescribe a short course of steroid & an antibiotic if he is febrile. Good luck
