Not known to: There is no evidence that ashwagandha has any interaction with hormonal birth control. I checked several databases on interactions; ashwagandha is not proven to significantly interact with any drugs. There are a few theoretical interactions- for example, since it is known to help people relax, it might have an additive effect with drugs that help people relax. It is safe to use with birth control.
