No effect: However, missing teeth, regardless the cause can affect your ability to smile without restraint or to chew effectively. Keep your teeth for life and avoid dental problems.

No: the number of teeth you have does not effect your breathing, however an unhealthy mouth can. Periodontal disease increases your chance of lung and heart disease.

Airway: Missing some teeth will not affect your breathing but missing ALL your teeth could. Your teeth serve among other things as a stop to prevent your lower jaw from over-closing. With no teeth at all there is no stop and if your jaw over closes it could affect your airway and as a result your breathing. So, while possible, this would be a fairly uncommon scenario...
