Surface area?: sounds like a homework question, but I'll take a stab at it anyway. Certainly the lungs do. One could also make the argument that the liver, kidneys, and skin also do. The circulatory system also makes use of surface area when passing oxygen to the tissues. Hope you get a good grade!
